For the first few days I've been using two, 36 watt, 2900 lumens cfl bulbs over my seedling.
But I found a strong lamp that I can't even look at and it emits a lot of heat, here's a pic of it, the bulb is 300 watt and 120 v should I use that instead? Or use both?!
And can I do anything with these colored lamps?
