Found a plant need advice!!!

so i found a plant today right outside my house
the cotyledon's were just about off and looked pretty healthy
just want to know if it would be worth keeping or not

well it looks very healthy
its on its 2nd set of leaves

If your sure its a MJ plant, then yes its worth it to take care of it. Do you have the desire to grow indoors or outdoors?
