forgot password but wont let me change pass.

Its been over a year since I had logged in and I had forgotten my password. I did the forgot password and followed the instructions but when I try to change my password it asked me for my current password I enter the password that was sent to me by email but it keeps saying its not the right one. any help??

so this is on a different account im assuming?

When you click forgot password, riu sends you an email you click the link in the email
from there it sends you a computer generated password.
that would be considered your "current" and that is the one you need to put into your current password.
I always copy and paste those ones into the boxes are they are easy to mess up
i hope this helps cause i went trhough all the steps myself and it did work, so you might just be putting the "current" password in wrong
