this is a good sign, as it shows the soil is adapting to your plant. nothing to worry about.

I would say its probally moss or somekind of algea on it

YES, what you have growing on your soil is algae, you have nothing to worry about unless the algae begins to turn red, because then it is a poison type of algae

yeah its algae i have the same thing happening on my seedlings. i like it. it looks neat. i purposley grow moss and stuff on my yard, to me it looks better than flowers.
