For People Running Aero-Cloners, How often do you change the water? And Clonex?

The title pretty much says it all, I am looking for a general survey of how often people change the water in their aerocloners. I've heard everything from daily, weekly, and to monthly.
Also, is anyone using clonex solution? How do they use it? In the reservoir? or do they did the cuttings in it?

I have read to only use it for the first 24 hours, others say use it constantly.

I am just hoping to gain some knowledge on what people here have had success with.

Thanks!

Also does anyone mist their clones in an aerocloner?

I have had mixed results and I am having trouble figuring out why. I am running a home made aero cloner (Stinkbud's Plans) and have had some fabulous success and some fabulous failure. I am just looking for more consistency and trying to nail down some variables.

You want consistency control the water temp that is the key it should stay at 76 degrees a aquarium heater is perfect and the clonex can be added in small amounts but is not even needed if the temps are good! I like to mist with ph balanced water but this is not really needed!
Oh and I like my air temp a little cooler than the water this encourages bottom growth like 70 degrees and water at 76!
Use only moderate light like a clf don't try to make them grow just keep alive and they will root then feed them the light!

Oh and make sure your water is ph balanced also lol!
