Allowing people to make their own alcohol at home but not allowed to grow medicinal MJ if the law passes?

The board recommends medicinal users cannot grow their own anymore and that is BS. It makes no sense that the state can sell alcohol and we the public can homebrew our own alcohol if we choose, so why can't we grow our own MJ and still have the state sell MJ?

Isn't the principle the same? The state still makes tons of money off of alcohol sales even though there are thousands of homebrewers (and I am one!), so in theory the state should still be able to make big profits from MJ stores while allowing medicinal gardens....

It's a felony to make your own liquor and a felony to make more than a few gallons of beer per year per adult in each American household... The Government sucks so when Obama tells you to trust the Government just think of how stupid these laws are...

The government doesn't want the people to have any sort of access to cheap, healthy medicine. They also can't stand not having absolutely 100 percent profit from every plant grown in the state. I knew I502 would bring in more government fuckery. Crossing my fingers we all don't become felons again.
