Foliar Feeding???

do you foliar feed with just ph'd water or do u use the nutes u water with regularly... and also... ppl say to water every 3 days or so..and i only use nutes every other watering?? if i go a daywithout water my plants get wayy too dry and droop??? and my nutes say to use them with every watering?????? who do i liste too??? the bottle or the ppl??? lol

I really don't see the need to foliar feed. I tried it on my first grow, but the nutes just ended up burning the leaves (probably too concentrated). I think the plants get plenty of nutrients from the soil itself and the nutes that you add when you water.

Couple of things...
1. Don't overwater, i.e. don't water daily. Water only when the dirt feels dry up to the 2nd knuckle of your finger.
2. Don't add nutes too early. Wait until at least 3 weeks from germination to add nutes.
3. Start SLOWLY with the nutes. Used 1/4 to 1/2 the recommended dosage on the bottle to start with. Then a little each watering till your at the recommended dose.

I give mine a very diluted version of what the nutes say for foilar feeding.
