Foliar Feeding - What to use and how to do it?

Hey everyone.
I have been interested in foliar feeding my plants while they are very small, and also while they are in flower as a little boost between waterings.
What would be the best products to use?
How do you dilute it?
I currently have Advanced Nutrients Sensi grow/bloom Ph Perfect, General Organics BioThrive Grow/Bloom, CalMag, Molasses, Advanced Nutrients PH Down.
Can I use any of these?
I cant find alot of information on this topic, and nothing specific.
Maybe we can get this thread going with alot of answers. questions, and how you foliar feed your plants. Pro's/Cons. All that stuff.

edit. I should also say coco wet. Have been using it the last while and its great for fert sprays and bug sprays.

I use floralicious plus with cannaboost from week 1 until flower start, once per week. noticed a small gain of growth versus plant non treated.

Thanx. So basically i can use any water soluble fert, as long as its very diluted. Im gonna try it today and see what happens....to one plant in case i mess it up..........

I mist/spray a couple times a week. Someone gave me a bottle of this stuff, it is mostly micronutrients:

With this I add about 1/4 tsp of an all purpose water soluble fertilizer, and 1/4 tsp CalMag, plus a couple drops of dish soap.

Don't know if it adds much to growth but it makes me feel warm and fuzzy and plants do well. Make sure to spray the undersides of the leaves, thats where the stoma (pores) are and where most uptake will happen.
