Ok giys, im at the 3nd of my grow now, and need to know when i flush my plants with plain RO water. Should i flush in a sink or is it ok to leave the drip pan unver the pot as I flush?

I won't get into the should you or shouldn't you debate, you asked a question and here is my answer....

in the sink, if you do a flush the way some people believe you should you are going to put a lot of water through it, more than your pan will hold.

Ok you didnt say much
He said everything. Nutrient companies push the idea of flushing because if you follow their feed schedule you’ll end up with uncoupious amount of shit in your soil. However if you feed lightly and don’t over do it there’s no need to rinse out your soil. What do these plants look like you may be able to get away with simply watering depending on how your plant looks at the stage of flower your at. But you don’t want to starveout your plant. The final few weeks are when they put on the bulk of the size, weight and everything else.
People that flush are usually the ones asking how to increase their yields. The answer is proper feeding. Not too little or too much just perfect synergy of all involved makes for happy healthy plants.

It wasnt a bullshit opinion, some things we all agree on and quite frankly the more these opinions are said the better we are as a forum.

Growers are a dime a dozen here :-)
We are a dime a dozen. All taking different paths to the same location. But all the good paths stay close to the same course and end up in basically the same location. It's those that stray that end up lost.

Growing weed has already been figured out. There is no magical path to anything better than what's been done for decades. Despite what the marketing says.

I do not agree with flushing. First grow I ever did buddy told me to flush. Did not like that at all. Forget what happened but it was back in 2009. The harvest was terrible. Bud smoked like crap. The second grow I only waterered everg 2-3 days. Did nutrients based on the look of the plant. If I was getting yellow leaves I would add nutrients as required. That grow smoked some crazy mazar. Growing weed does not have to be complicated at all. If anything it’s the curing and trimming process that’s the pain.

My path is the hard science, i am almost done.

Many are wrong on a lot of stuff, i would have learnt quiccker for not using grow sites.

Growing weed has been figured out but not by that many.

I had fun though :-)

You dont need to cure and well grown plants can be flushed if you feel like it. The point of flushing here was that it wasnt needed and healthy fertile soil dosent kill plants at any stage.

Ah it’s been a while for me. Since 2008-2009. Thanks for the clarification. And I used the wrong word when saying cure, I meant drying and trimming. Hanging the buds upside and waiting to dry is a tedious act.
