Flushing

hey everyone my babies leaves seem to be curling in a very odd way, last week they were over watered and started to wilt down, its getting a little better but not totally. During this wilting period i had another set of leaves come in and a couple of the leaves seem to curl upwars along the middle vein, kinda like a hot dog.
now i was thinking about flushing it because i just started putting nutes in but stopped immediately when the leaves started wilting.
Just wondering how flushing would be done or if there was a different solution to this problem
thanks:weed:

lol i dont even know what u mean by medium, and i just potted it with soil that had an already set PH of 6.5. and as for the nutes, it is just a regular general purpose plant food not super strong and not weak i guess

Your medium is soil then. When you first introduce your nutes you want to use it at 1/4 strength gradually building up to full strength. You need to check the ph of your water after you add your nutes. Your looking for 6.0-6.5 in soil. If you didn't check the ph that's most likely your problem. What's your water schedule? Size pots?

well dont have a ph meter at the moment
is there a way i can naturally reset the soil ph? without having to use a ph reader?
and i usually wait until the soil is completely dry until i water it again, and then i only water a couple of water bottle caps around the stem of the plant.
p.s my pot is 7 gallons and my plant is currently around 6-8 inches tall
