alright well i know this is a noob question but what is flushing and whats the proper way to flush? I have been reading but everytime I come across flushing it seems like every body does it dif then the last person.

for the most part flushing is a 3 to 1 water to soil. to flush unwanted crap out of your soil.

I thought flushing was just giveing your plants only water , during the last weeks.I think the other thing is called "Leaching".I could be wrong....

3 gallons of water per 1 gallon of soil. So a 3 gallon pot would require 9 gallons of water. Just keep watering the pot till your out of water.

I use R.O water. check ph. I want the ph around 6. I start very slow just like I was wastering. After the soil is good and wet. i start adding more and more
water. The flush helps take away any salt build up and removes nutes form the soil. It also levels out the ph in the soil. I flush at the end of veg and agian at the end of flowering.
