flushing/help needed

good morning guy's just need 2 no if it's ok 2 flush with tap water .i just finsh the 8th week and going 2 start my flush. please help

What kind of water have you been using througout your grow?

I feel RO or distilled water is best for flushing. However, depending on where you live, your tap water may not be terrible. Have you tested it for pH at least?

...imo, flushing is hardly needed when growing in soil.
...when I grow in soil, I simply leach the last 3 weeks by only adding tap water and molessas only.
...in hydro, I flush for the last 2 weeks using sweet....all works great for me.

I would be using ph'd water to flush. If from the tap in the city, I would also let that water sit for a few hours then ph it before flushing.

i used distilled 4 my grow in soil but do i need 2 use it 4 flush 2

You've gone this far into your grow on distilled water, why change it up now? Save a few dollars at the very end and risk your whole crop tasting different than it would if you would've just done what you knew you shoulda done?? (run on, yes...)

I would keep using the same water.

I'll add this... if you want to use tap (whatever your reasons might be), make sure you let it sit for a day or so to let the chlorine evaporate out of it. I'd also check it's pH and ppm.... but that's just me.

I second this idea. If using tap water you should always let it sit. I fill the bucket and let it sit over night.
