Flush and harvest questions

OK so what the fuck is flushing Everyone keeps sayin' it but i don't know what it means! also can you harvest out side? I don't want my house smellin like weed

flushing is using just straight water man like if u over nute it u flush it or flush the last week before u harvest ( use plain water or use clearex in ur water)
 
Flushing is: Rinseing out your soil or roots of nutes/ferts. What your are doing is by running a lot of water threw the soil it leaches or rinses out any fertilizer or salt build up. Just like when ya rinse the soap out of your hair when ya wash it.
 
i got some major ph/nute burn and just started flushing and am using a hydro set up and im not sure how long to flush for to clear up the burn? do i just run it on the regular watering schedule with plain water for a few days, week? i have no idea how long to flush for! any ideas anyone????

I donot do hydro, but yea run water in your system and the plants will eat the ferts up. when they seem to have recovered then start the nutes.
 
2 weeks before you should be ready for harvest, give your plant nothing but water.

Also - no, you can't harvest outdoor fresh air destroys thc.
 
when flush dont let the water go near the steams just rim the outsside of the pot and there will be no overwatering problems
 
alright hypothetical situation here, say I got some plants in the ground but im not gonna give em' any nuetrients just fresh lake water there whole lives, im in the last few weeks of flowering should i over water them(like more than what i will be doing normally) or should i just water it like a crap load (like 2 days worth or something) how do you flush without like taking the plant out and spraying it w/ a hose? how do you guys flush and any input on harvesting outside?
 
I take my plant and put them in the bath tub and run water in the pot untill the water running out the bottem of the pot is clear. I set the plant aside fo 15 min and do it again. First flush to disolve any build up and second to wash the rest away. do this two weeks befor harvest and give them nothing but water. the end result is nice smooth clean tasting smoke!

Be carful if you have the plants stright into the ground you dont no what your flushing in use 1 bucket load about a foot away from the main steam per plant

saying that u could be good to go with out a flush seeing u havent used nutes just depends what has been getting washed in with rain ect :hump:
 
you said you cant harvest outside because of air??? is that true??? would u be able to do it in a garage??

Do a bit of reading on drying and curing and find out your self is your garage suitable i wouldent know what conditions will be like :peace:
 
Sunlight may break down tch in your buds thats why they need full darkness but they need fresh air movment to prevent things like mold do a lot of reading on harvesting in faq about temps and stuff or u could destroy a hole crop
