okay so what is the difference between 50k lumens on a new wave fluoro and 50k on HID ??? it's the same amount of light, just less compact? what's the deal

HID's get HOT!
this statement is VERY overrated and sweated over about. yeah HID lights produce heat, but its not very hard to control heat with some common sense. i think a lot of people dont use HID b/c heat issues are overplayed.
hey and i has not trying to single you out or anything...i was just giving some input for others to read an learn...peace out
K, 50,000 lumens from a flourescent light is alot, thats more then 8 bulbs depending on the type... but a HPS light at 50,000 lumens will make you're buds alot more tight and covered in resin, use the fluro for VEG never use for flower....
Many have flowered with floros and were not happy with the results. HPS is the best light you can use for flowering.okay that makes sense, but I'm looking for somebody who has tried something like this in my inexperience, to honestly know if fluoros can be used in a small area for flowering... and get the sticky we all want
have you tried it? anybody?
Go for the gold buddy, if your going to put in the time and effort why settle for second best?okay so what is the difference between 50k lumens on a new wave fluoro and 50k on HID ??? it's the same amount of light, just less compact? what's the deal![]()
