I switched mine a week ago and mine took a couple of days before I started seeing anything, This is a week after I switched.
Just be patient. Let her do what she's got to do, and you will be rewarded greatly

bud? between 2-3 weeks into flowering cycle but they will show some hair a little earlier (around 9-12 days into cycle)

It depends on a variety of factors - things like plant age, plant health and genetics. I have a Critical Mass mother that starts show pistil development after about 48 hours in the flower room. I have an Elvis Diesel mother that takes nearly a week to start showing pistils.

You can normally see the flowers in about a week or so.
