iva had this plant like 4 months its like a foot n a half is there anyway to make it stop growin n flower?

Im assuming its outdoor because of where you posted..so.. if you really wanted to flower it, you could make an enclosure to cover it to regulate the light to 12/12 and see if that starts it... but if its only a foot and a half.. IMO, id let it grow more.

yeah its outide n aight imma let it keep grownin cuz it is short but it looks decent...so i should juss let it keep growin and it will flower on its own?

If it hasn't grown in months it's either not getting enough light (doubtful since you are outdoors) or more likely you aren't feeding it correctly.

Flowering should start at any time in the next few weeks as the days get shorter
