never tried it but ive herd/read that MH promotes better resin production so you'll yield less but the buds will be danker. depends if you tryin to get some weight to move or some heady buds for yourself. You could also get a MH-->HPS conversion bulb if your ballast wont run HPS

That's why i am pursing this.
I have also heard that about MH. Goooood shit! ha. Created UVB which in return created more trichomes and resin. Yummm lol.

I'll trade that off anyday for stickier, tastier, and more colorful product

I've flowered under HPS...and know that they do great!
Are you saying that just because you grew it?
If it's true they produce more resin/thc because of the UVB then how could you turn that down? Also if it's not as dense that means more THC per weight...? Resulting in a overall stronger better high? Im not knocking anyone just getting the conversation flowing.
If you asked a dealer for a 20 bag, one was grown MH one was grown HPS and the MH was significantly better in quality how could u pass that down?

that is a tough one ahah but give it a try and keep us up to date dude. Id be interested to hear about it because Im looking into a new light and my buddy can get me a crazy deal on MH lights but i already have a veg light so its a dilemma.......
