Flowering time help

Hi, I have been growing 4 clones( 3 THC Bomb. 1 White Widow) and two plants from seeds ( Big Blue Cheese).
I measure plants this morning and a few of them are really starting to expand. I have the plants tied down for low stress training. All plants are in 7 gallon grow bags in vermifire soil. The lighting is 2 600 MH relector hoods, and room cooled with portable AC.
My plants that are tied down measurements:

THCB #1 27" w and 14" high

THCB #2. 19" w and 12" high

THCB #3 19" w and 12" high

BBC #1 23" w and 12" high

BBC #2 20" w and 12" high

White W. 16" w and 11" high.

My room is 5.5 x 5.5 x 9 tall. I was planning on starting flowering in 19 days to increase yield. Want to average 5 oz per plant. All plants are just getting over nitrogen toxicity but the look great except a little dark green. How much longer would you fellow growers wait to change to 12/12? I really want to step up donating to some new people who are pretty sick. Pics are below

Id wait till they are back100% healthy again before putting them into flower. As long as they are 5 nodes tall you can flower. I myself would let them get 2 ft high and then flower, with that light you could get 3 zips ea plant
