flowering time 8-10 weeks??

I have a question when the seed banks description of strain says 8-10 weeks until harvest, does this mean from the start of 12/12 cycle?? or starting from the first visible signs of bud?? I'm growin one jillybean under 400w hps in my closet. Its the beginning of the third week of flowering and right now i've got about dime sized buds about half an inch tall

the general consensus is from the time you change to 12-12.
I've grown Jillybean myself, it's my all time favorite strain.
If your that small right now then it's going to take the 10 weeks for you, at least.

Ok thanks. I'm thinkin about it now and I probably should have mentioned that A) she's a clone B) she's been topped four or five times so she has 9 or 10 colas C) I'm not using any CO2 because I thought it would be a waste of money for only one plant. I'm going to be leaving town in about 7 weeks so I kind of need to speed it up, is that possible??

7 weeks + the 3 it's at = 10 weeks I would think so. I think it's a good strain harvested earky anyways.
