Flowering Question?

She'll stretch 2-3 times her current height when you put them into flower.
Why not go for 5ft +? and use some LST?
Flip 'em now imo...
 
How tall are those? 10" or so? They look indica/hybrid as well. Don't think you're hitting 4-5 feet flipping them now. But you really don't even want 4-5 feet indoors...even with 1k watts you're going to have light penetration issues with a plant that big.

Wait until they hit 18-20" then flip them. I've personally never seen an indica/hybrid hit 3x their veg height so you'll be golden.

(Why not 5ft +?) Well I'm growing in a stealth dresser that's 6ft, and with lights and pot size, like I said, 5ft is pushing it kinda close.
 
I say wait till they are 20 inches, than top them and flower. You wont get to five feet more like under 4 but they will stay low and you will increase your yield.
 
boost the Indie up from below as they grow, to keep pace with the sativa dom, if need be. milk crates, bricks, etc.
i'd bend dem girls over, and train them to do my bidding......12 colas each

You often don't know what you are going to get with phenotypes. I have put 6 inch plants on 12/12 and had them reach 5 feet.
 
Just tied my girls down......I will start 12/12 flower on Wednesday (got to get 2700K cfl's) / Should I start using bloom nutes? Should I top?

You might want to research a lot more about topping, I have read some very detailed guides the one I have saved is from a different site so I wont post it but if you want I'll message you it. BTW fimming is like topping but you have a greater chance to receive more new growth shoots.
 
I don't give it bloom nutes till you can see it has started to flower. I've heard people giving it to plants sooner, but, doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. The way they tell it they think it'll make them start to flower sooner, but I don't follow.
 
Wait a week or so.... average height increase after 12/12 is 12" - 24". Rarely will you see 3' or more. Start bloom nutes. on or a couple days before 12/12 cycle. :peace:
