And all the hairs are starting to turn orangish :0 what am i doing wrong please help?
Also just a couple days ago i pruned off all the big fan leaves because they told me that the nugs need more light and that would help. I dont know what strain im using niether sorry?

And how much do you think ill get off of this plant? They told 4-6 ounces but the way it looks doesnt seem like much but then again this is my first grow so i dont know?

1. Who is "they"?
2. 85 is too hot
3. Pistols are part of the bud
4. There is no way in hell you will ever get close to 4 oz from 150 watts of cfl.
5. Get rid of the aluminum from your grow room walls, it reflects heat better than light -- white walls or space blankets are better
6. Takes 7 to 12 weeks to grow bud to completion depending on strain

How can I lower the temps with out changing the lights
Now if I get hps lights what do you recommend watts and brand and how many?
Ok ill put white paper around .
But Orange hairs doesn't mean its drying up?

Many things,
-You can add a ventilation system or a few good oscillating fans.
- I agree with PJ Diaz, rip out that foil, it will not help your plants in any way.
-Orange hairs so soon might mean stress/prematuring of the bud.
-Check that the pH of the water you are using is good.
-Verify that your nutrient regimen is at the correct ratio for the stage that the plants are in.
-Don't use paper either can burn and catch on fire.

I cant recommend watts for your lamps because IDK enough about your grow space. You want the most lumens you can get running in your grow space, with out the temps breaking 85 when they are turned on. Personally, I wouldn't go any higher than 400w if you are using roughly a 4x5x2. Anything more will be difficult to vent well and will really crank up your electric bill a few notches. if you do anything besides T-5's or CFL's, you'll want to get an Inline fan for exhaust. If you only have 150w CFLs right now, you'll be burning hot with any HID lamp system.

Hope this helps,
PM me if you'd like and we can really get cracking at this setup man.

Well I have 2fans in thier just running but catching air from the same grow room no intake or anything.
What if I take it outside for the 12 hrs and just put it inside at night I do take my plant out once in a while and it seems to love the sun.
But idk if it will damage it well I have a set of long tube cfls about 48inches long and it comes with too under each cap I have 2 caps so a totale of 4 48inch tubes with 35w each will those help better then all the damn light bulbs I have?
And ill add an intaked fan today thanks?

If you can:

-You should rig a way that you can get fresh air blown in, and old air pushed out of the grow space. If you sit in a grow tent for a few minutes, you would feel fine. But after a few hours, transpiration will cause the temp and humidity to rise, the O2 and CO2 levels would fluctuate and eventually you would sweat and begin to feel uncomfortable. So that is one Fan blowing Air in, one Fan blowing Air out, and one Fan Blowing air around in the grow space.
-Try not to move the plants too much once they are seated comfortably, any stress is still stress, movement can dislodge roots that have comfortable grab on the medium you have them in.
-Be careful with moving indoor plants outside, they typically are not as good as outdoor plants are at fighting off pests and disease. It is also an easy way to invite pests inside to your indoor grow space.
-I'm confused by your lighting scheme...?

Never ever cut fan leeves off before flower. The plant uses the fan leaves for energy later on in flower.
