flowering plants turning hermi helpppp

My plants have seemed pretty weird lately i hadn't checked on them for a few days and when i did they seemed to be growing new sprouts they have been flowering for probably about 5 weeks now. i have also discovered a few little ball like things i believe they are seeds or something.looking at then through a magnifying glass they havent really changed brownish yet what should i do ??? please help

these pics are the most recent ones i have probably 2 weeks into flowering

if you see male pollen sacs on your female plant it has turned hermaphrodite

yeah obviously man
buttttt what should i do just chop them or let them go and why would they sprout new growth during flowering ????????????????

Let them go clip as many of the pollen sacks off as u can if it gets out of hand chop that bitch

if you see little white or yellow bananas, pinch em of as much as you can. I'd bet 100 dollars you have a light leak or light pollution (red indicator lights on power strips, fans, timers, etc...) happening. sit in your room after lights out & wait for your eyes to totally adjust & you should be able to see the problem. those jungle sativas are notoriously easy to fuck up with light pollution in the dark cycle.
