looks like you still have a while to go like another 4 weeks or so, stop giving nutes on week 8 and then flush, then from then on just water with plain ph'd water. till harvest. if it takes two days between regular waterings, stop two days before your harvest day.
I dont understand i got this plant when it was like 4-6 weeks old and now ive been growing it for like 2 months and 2 weeks giving it it approxamatley 3-4 months and counting....the soil seems crap and crusty at the bottom holes possibly slow growth due to poor soil?

depending on the growing conditions the flowering time could have been extended. you have to understand that the flowering times people say are a generalization of time. usually between 8 and 10 weeks but some go shorter and some go longer, so you just have to wait, it will be done when it wants to be, but looks like a few weeks out.
