Flowering nutrients recommendations anybody ?

Have a few flowering plants which am feeding banana peel tea fertilizer that I made at home but am just wondering would banana peel tea be a choice or is there any other options I can make at home ?
 
Another quick question? Can I substitute sugar cane molasses with honey ? And what flowering fertilizer will you recommend to feed my plants ?

Look into JADAM organic method. All of those can be made from materials in your area.
