I could take a stab at it but i'd wait for someone with a little more experience.

How many weeks since you've flipped her? Yellowing of the leaves should be normal, in the final stages. The plant needs to pull some of its own sugars and nutrients to produce quality fruits. And could you take a close up so we can see the color of the tric's? If they clear then it's still too early. You should harvest when they start to amber.

My parents are coming Wednesday, would they not be dank if I had to harvest now?
The picture isn't really in focus, but it for sure looks like a plant that got time left. Yes, usually flavor and weight goes up when you let them ripen properly.

leaves look dark green in pics. if so, I think you've over ferted. dying leaf tips is another indication of over fert. if you really need to hide them or harvest by Wednesday, I'd just go with water only to wash out some fert and then harvest on Tuesday. They will smell up any area they are in so put them some place where they can't be smelled or seen. good luck.
