Flowering Early?

so i am new to the indoor growing process and my plants are about 16 days after sprout. i have heard that you can induce flowering fairly early to try and keep plants smaller however im not sure if it is to early now im including pictures tell me what you think. thanx in advance

you can force flowering whenever you want,,,even from seed,,,but the recommended minimum veg time is 4 weeks,but you can flower now if you want,,obviously yeild will be reduced.peace
