Flowering clones just to make seeds - how much light do they need?

I have some strains that I want to make feminized seeds with using the colloidal silver method. I'm building a separate grow area and I want to flower out the tops of a few small clones that will be just big enough to get a decent amount of seeds from each. My question is, how much light should I provide these seed producing plants? Could I get away with using a CFL shade (8 bulbs, 23 watt/1600 lumens each) to flower out a few small clones for seeds rather than my HPS? Or will the seeds be under developed/not as good as they could be because of inferior lighting? I'm not worried about the buds from the plants being award winning or anything, I just want the seeds to be healthy.

Well I used to grow underneath this CFL lamp in a small SOG for personal smoke in a different grow setting back before I was able to expand. I've got gotten decent sized tops with it, nothing close the tops I get under my HPS lamps, but still nice looking buds. So since I am only interested in the health of the seeds produced rather than the overall amount, I wasn't sure if it was necessary for me to bust out my HPS for a few plants that I only want to be about a foot tall and contain a dozen or so healthy seeds each. I'm new to making seeds (on purpose, anyway) so I will take your advice and go with the HPS. I'm just trying to be cheap and lazy I guess, wanting to avoid the extra electricity and ventilation in this other flower chamber if I could. Appreciate you setting me straight lol.

You will be fine with the CFLs. pollenate around day 21, take to full term. dry properly like normal. make sure you store the seeds for about 2 months before planting. cheers.

I didn't say that.....Like Growdict said.....You'll be fine under the cfl's......Just keep them the proper size under those cfl's and treat it like you would growing your best smoke....

Yeah - should have been more detailed.....you were asking about lighting....sorry.
