flowering before 12/12

Gave her a 24 hour dark periodand she is flowering with 13 hours of sunlight will this hurt her because she is not flowering directly at 12/12 ? Been sprouting white hairs about a week am I in week one of flowering??

Outdoors, they start flowering at around 14/10.

Hey is it weird that my clone is about 1 week ahead in flowering then my big girls? (ones the mother)

Theyre both in the same so cal sun, if anything the clone is in more direct sun daily then the mothers...i did put my clones under cfls for 3 weeks while they rooted then threw them outside july 1st. The clone i kept is in the 2nd week of flower and my girls are about a week behind.

Like Fresnofarmer said, 12/12 outdoors isn't a good guide to use. Outdoors it all comes down to strain and length of darkness. Some strains will begin to flower at around 7 1/2 hours of dark. If you know the genitics of your plant well enough you can trace its origins to the land races it came from and figure out the length of darkness it will begin to flower at. For example if you have a strain that comes from the Canadian region at say around the 43rd parallel and there it begins to flower around the first of August, by cheching the latitude for the area at that time of year it would be around 9 1/2 hours of darkness. Then you would check at what time of year your latitude hits 9 1/2 hours of dark. If you live in so cal that would put it at around the beginning to middle of July. Hope this makes sense.
