Flowering around 45th parallel

When does flowering START on average around the 45th parallel? I am wondering because I am germinating some bagseed. I hope it will start showing preflowers before I head back up to school around the end of August. I want to be able to sex the plants by that time, so i can wind up with sensi. I plan on checking every couple of weeks after that, so I should be able to get harvest date +/- 2 weeks.
