Flowering and Vegging question

So this may be an easly answer question, but i can't find anything online about it. Once you put the plants into the flowering stage from the vegstage i here people talking about reverting it back to the flowering stage. My grow is outdoors, so if i force them into flowering (covering with trash bags or w.e) will they go back into veg because of the ligh cycles not beeing 12/12. Now i understand that an enzime build int he plant that makes it flower in 12/12 but once that has hit the critical levle dose it need to be substained?

aka if i put my plants into flowering when i stop covering them will they revert back to veg if the sun isn't on 12/12 or close to it (i know the plant can't tell when it is 12/12 just close to it.)

Your going from flowering back to flowering? What are you talking about? Making them flower than leaving them in a light regime that isnt condusive to flowering? They will revert back to veg.

oh sorry about that i ment from the veg to flower... and then back to veg.

Right now this time of year you shouldnt have a problem with it, this is still mother natures vegg time, How many weeks in to flower are they? if there only a week up to a month, your not going to hurt them much just have a possiblity of a hermi after the second budding phase. If there over a month I wouldnt suggest it, letum go stay in flower, make shure that you cover them at the same time every day, and un cover them at fist light, like as the sun rises.

NONE of them are in flowering, i was wondering if i did the cover them up thing for a couple weeks and set them into flowering, if when i stopped covering them they would revert back (so i could get them to flower sooner as i have an early frost here that cuts into the budding time) The only reason im asking is becuase i wouldn't want to have to go out to my plants everyday for the WHOLE flowering stage and as you said mother nature is in vegg cycles right now.

It would be nice if once you got them in flowering they just stayed in flowering no matter what the light cycle.

it would actually be insane cuz you could switch back to 24 hr. light with them in flowering and get some NICE bud sites. Oh well damn you mother nature!

I know the wait sucks, but naturly grown bud is the best. try and wait it out. or you can try and dig one up. place in a pot and bring it inside. you can use cfls. they work great, and there fairly cheap. just a thought if your wanting to spped up the process. THe more you let your plant grow the bigger the harvest and better the smoke.

yeah i understand all that, it just sucks becuase last year my girls went into flowering and only had 4-5 weeks of livable weather and then we got the first frost, followed by a couple more so i had to get them out of there and the buds didn't get to their full potential. And i can't bring them in they are already bigger than any grow room i could set up... looks like its going to have to be al'natural.
