Having received feedback yesterday that the reason my leaves are yellowing is that the plant is drawing the nutrients in for bud development, should I still be feeding my plants? Fed them last week but read somewhere that I should stop feeding near harvest. Are these buds nearly ready to go?

Based on your first picture, you have 2-3 more weeks. Yes, you should be feeding them right now. Your plants look normal and for the last week of flowering, I'd flush with a 1/4 strength nute solution to leach any salts in your soil.
