If you're wanting bigger buds then buy a more powerful light.
If your bottom buds are not fully ripe but your tops are then this is fine and the buds will continue to ripen. If your buds are already ripe then going past your window for harvest will affect your buds potency by up to 90%.

Those are popcorn buds they won't get much larger. I throw them in with the trimmings. Next time prune them off so your plant doesn't waste energy on them.
Your nodes are spread very far apart, which indicates that your light isn't penetrating deep enough for those lower branches. Using a form of training will help make the plant shorter and bushier as well as keeping all your branches near the same height so you have an even canopy reducing popcorn buds and increasing your cola count. Look into some different techniques on here.
