Flowering a clone How many Watts?

I want to flower a couple clones and I got a fluorescent light bout 30 watts will that be good enough for two clones? if not I can probably go buy what I need but Im just wondering if what I got is good enough
 
30 watts will not be enough..

are the clones rooted>?
what medium are you using?

at least 1 - 43 watt CFL per plant.... and that will not get you much..... maybe an 1/8th...
 
Im only doing it just to see the sex of the plant just need enough light to flower two clones
Soil and I gotta get some rooting gel tomorrow
