Flower (hairs) turning brown

Pic was taken 12 days ago, note how the flowers are white, now thay are turning brown...

Is this normal and what does it mean ?

Many people beieve it is time to harvest when 70%of the hairs have turned brown.. other people look at the trichomes (using magnifying glasses) to determine the harvest time...

That being said... browning of hairs is the natural life cycle of the plant.... Some hairs may even turn red!!
