i was wondering what the best flourescent light to use during the flowering stage? what is the best set up all around for flourescent lights? please help

Home depot, and LOwes both have a CFL that is 300 watt and 2700k, it also has a 4200 lumen output, and only uses 68 watts.
It isn't 300 watts, it's 68 watts. The other number is meaningless for growing purposes, since it is the INCANDESCENT equivalent (and nobody uses incandescents for growing).
That light is only good for about 1 square foot of grow space, if that.
have u seen CFL grows? no one has just ONE CFL and if u have one of those and maybe a couple other u would have a good grow for a mini size fast grow maybe closet or stealth box
Of course i've seen (and done) CFL grows. I never said it was no good, just that it isn't 300 watts, like the guy I quoted said it was.
