Its way to restrictive

we need less regulation not a ton more

99.9% of the laws on the books are their forever , yes many are amended but thats not a good place to start

I fell bad for thos that actually youse MJ medically , but this law will help very few when going on .gov registrations is likely to have worse effects than whatever affliction

absurd, paranoid and false.

state registries for medical patients are completely private and protected.

prohibition is the ultimate regulation. legal medicinal cannabis is far less restrictive and regulatory than an outright ban.

and you wil never be able to cite that 99.9% number that is pulled completely from down below.

don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good.

"Merely having a state medical marijuana card, BATFE insists, means that you fall afoul of Sect. 922(g) of the federal criminal code (from the 1968 federal Gun Control Act), which says that anyone “who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance” is basically barred from possessing or receiving guns or ammo (with the bogus assertion that such possession implicates interstate commerce, which courts will pretty much always claim it does)."
