A Florida judge is accused of making demeaning comments about women and telling black people to "go back to Africa."

The Judicial Qualifications Commission told the state Supreme Court on Tuesday that probable cause exists to investigate Jacksonville Circuit Judge Mark Hulsey for violating misconduct rules. The judge has been reassigned pending the probe, according to the Florida Times-Union.

During a conversation with a staff lawyer, Hulsey said black people should "go get back on a ship and go back to Africa," according to the JQC report.

Hulsey also is accused of referring to a staff attorney as a "bitch," and also used the word "cunt," according to the Times-Union.

Nah, actually life is good. Bills are paid, stomach is full, and I get to sit around and piss off racists all day, and I see that I haven't lost my touch. Right now though, I'm headed to my ridiculously high paying job career. The thing that actually allows me to sit around all day and piss you off. Yeah, life is really good!

Do you stare at each others crotches for confirmation or are there other subtle visual cues like the redness of your neck or your large, flat, heart disease hauling, ass? Did you all know racist rhetoric is offensive, false, and not even worthy of being called an opinion?

I'm almost 100% certain goING way back minorities weren't posting racist threads starting shit here. Buck wasn't always like this.

This got bad when more and more blatantly racist shit started getting posted by some of the racist white folks here.

Could you please define racism for me so I understand your level of mis-understanding?
 
I am called a racist yet I think everyone is a mutt and MLK was a great man. How can I be a racist?

I have never assaulted a person of any color, I have not prohibited anyone of color from doing business with me. My family was in Ireland when slavery was happening and I was born in the late 60's so everything before that happened is absolutely not in my power to change.

What is it exactly that you want from me?

I dont condone it. Here is my frustration. The black lives matter movement was founded on a lie. Michael Brown did not have his hands up, he was charging the cop when he was killed. I would say that if I asked black people in America about Michael Brown they would say he was unfairly shot and killed.

I see 80-90% of the police shootings as justified given the circumstances and understanding the difficulties of the job. You see 80-90% of the police shootings as racism.

So your reality is that hundreds of black people are being shot by racist cops on purpose with intent and my reality is that sometimes people get shot on accident while cops do a difficult job.

I have repeatedly pointed out that cops enforce laws made by politicians and if we change the laws so cops dont have to kick your door in at 3 am that would be a good thing but up to this point you have not agreed with this.

I am suggesting solutions and you are just complaining about perceived racism. What is your solution?

I do not subscribe to the idea of "collateral damage" with regards to the police department. "Accidents happen" as an excuse for police murder is pure bullshit.
