Florida cultivation laws

Hi all. I am studying the various laws in different states and as is the case there is some vagueness on certain laws. In Florida, NORML states that cultivating 25 plants or MORE is a felony. There is no mention of what the laws are that apply to growing 24 or LESS plants. This is PLANTS not Lbs. There always seems to be confusion around this.

Does anyone know exactly what the real laws are in Florida concerning this? Possible links? Please try to refrain from speculations, guesses, anecdotal 3rd hand accounts. There seems to be some trouble getting clear factual answers on these forums. Thanks in advance.

I did a year in jail in Florida for growing. I had 12 flowering plants.
I had some other shit that ultimately got dropped but they hammered me for growing. I made it in the newspaper lol.
That was a few years back though.

Only good thing about FL courts is that they move pretty quick and they'll give you a hell of a plea bargain if you say you want to take it to trial. I went from looking at 10 years to a year in jail time served. No parole or probation. It sucked but better than 10 years. I was in Pinellas county
