One bottle is your GROW nutrients for the vegetative state and the other bottle is your BLOOM nutrients for the flower stage.
2 years is a rather long time and I wouldn't trust them. It's like engine oil - after about 6 months, oil breaks down and doesn't protect the metal as well as new oils will. I recommend ditching those and getting some new stuff. It's not worth the potential heartbreak to find out you've screwed your grow only to save a few sheckles.
