Flooding went wrong

Peeps,

anyone have experience with this?

I accidentally flooded all of them for 90mins straight.
Only advantage, they not young plants.
I think theyll get through it but, will it affect outcoming results?

Looking for infos.

rockwool ? 90min flood is nothing, just dont do it again
do you get overwatering symptoms ?

I don't agree with that. If you water to often it will def kill the roots. Shit holds a lot of water. If you have a constant source of water the roots will rot.

I over watered in hydroton. 10 seconds on every 20 minutes was bad. I do 15 seconds on every 2 hours now. I thought it was not possible to over water and it cost me some young plants.
