flipping my plant 1 month early they getting a little tall for my setup will they be ok there 33 days old I was not expiating them to grow that fast

No such thing as early or late to flip as far as the plant is concerned. It's really up to you how large you want it to be.
If you've used more than 50% of your available vertical height (allowing for proper spacing to the lamp) then it's definitely advisable to flip ASAP.

I flip at 23 days from sprout..........33 days isn't a problem.

That sounds very good results, before seing this post i saw your scrog thread and your nice results in a 4x4 tent with a nexlight mega 650w, you were saying that u made yields between 20oz to 28oz, now i saw some posts of you that u said that u do lst mainly as a training method, do you do "only" that? and what is your average yield? in what grow tent size?(assuming its in a grow tent) and using the same light?

I don't do a scrog anymore because of the inability to move the plants around and the difficulty reaching under the net for maintenance.........I only lst now.
I still use a 4x4 tent with the same NextLight Mega.
Sometimes I do 4 plants and sometimes I only do 3.
My average yield is around is around 6oz. per plant.
