flip flopping day for night

I have my girls on a 17/7 lighting schedule 7am to 12am how stressful would it be to my ladies if i switch to 6pm to 6am when i go to flower next week.Or atleast what is the best way to achieve this schedule? im living in a new place and would like to have things nice and quit during working hours

Disrupting the dark period with any light is bad, but disrupting the light period with a little dark is not as bad. Figure out a way to turn the lights off earlier and not disrupt the 'new' established dark period.
