Flip and lighting/nute question

When I make the flip to 12/12 do I leave my MH and grow nutes until strech is completed before switching to HPS and flower nutes or start everything at the flip?
 
IMO stick with grow nutes and MH for 2 weeks.

Your plants are gonna put out some serious foliage during the stretch transition.

MH will help to limit the stretch during this time.
