Flashlight Stressing Plants?

Hi guys,

I never really considered this before but thinking about it now I'm wondering if I'm putting my plants at risk of unnecesary stress. I'm doing a guerilla grow and because of this I try to minimize risk by watering and caring for my plants at night. On average I'd say I visit them every week and a half and expose them to the light of a flashlight for about 15-30 minutes each visit.

Could this cause my plants stress tha could possibly lead to a hermie?

I generally did the same thing last year and ended up with a few seeds in my completely female batch but I never attributed it to anything more than being a beginner.

Give me your advice, thanks

Yes, a flashlight will create problems, anywhere from delaying flowering to halting flowering altogether or stressing the plant(s) enough to cause hermies. They sell "green-light" LED flashlights, which can be used in the dark where the plants don't react to at all. That's what I do and they work great at night......
