five foot plants to outdoor

i will be moving
my arjian haze #3 and hymilain gold to outdoor once they reach five feet.
they are in 5 gal pots now
What size pots should i transplant to outdoors????

they will start to flower right a way because it is pretymuch always 12-12 where i live.

5 gallon pots are fine....you can always plant them in the ground but i would just leave em in the pots if they r that big and gonna flower soon:peace:

yeah, but i thought they would need more, because won't they get a lot bigger?
no if you water consistently and always measured amounts then your roots will be just fine in 5gal,if you water at random times and water different amounts all the time it will cause the roots to search more,causing you to probably have to transplant:blsmoke:

just to be clear
i have plants that are five feet now, and will move them to outdoors for all of flowering.
if they are five feet now, won't they end up being 8 foot or so
i didn't think a 5 gallon bucket would support an eight foot tall plant.

Trust me it will be alright,fdd has posted pictures of monster plants grown in pots smaller then 5gal buckets:mrgreen::blsmoke: If you don't ever have to move it then put it in the ground:blsmoke:
