Firsts time need help

ok so i got done germinating my seeds
and just put them in soil

i got them under 2 20watt clfs
should i keep them on or leaeve them of
and if i do how long do l leave it of?

i keep the top of the soil moist with a spray bottle and leave the lights on 24/7 about 1ft away.....what if im not home and they sprout, they might be mad at me..... i use fluorescent t8's for this lighting, cfl's will do fine. watch your temps.

some will say different, but thats what works for me..

75-85f is o.k......80f is nice.
