First week of flowering, and I'm already running out of room. Advice for +rep!

Hola amigos,

I'm having problems because my leaves are growing into the side of the tent and there is not room for much more lateral growth.

The thing is I'm in flowering now so I need to know what, if any, techniques are safe to use during flowering. I cannot afford to stress my bitches out, they are so precious and happy it would break my heart.

Please help and the karma of ganja be with you, and + rep of course

Hey bro, so to clarify I can tie them down during flowering and it wont stress them?

they are just slightly larger than they are in the picture, i took the pics yesterday, veg was for 1 month, all the details are on Operation Christmas Ganja link at the top

they are as close together as possible

do you think i could manipulate the leaves with twist ties? or bend the shoots towards the middle with tie down? what are your directions
 
that is exactlly wat i was gonna tell u but i didnt know how long they had been in flower. i deff think u can manipulate them in whichever direction suits u best, although twist ties tend to put indents in the stems. my girl was gettin too tall and i lst'd her top cola wen she was about 2 weeks into flowering

thanks bro, i've never tried LST nor any other method other than topping before so I'll do some research. I don't have stretch plants tho, check the photos under Operation Christmas Ganja posted in the first message of the thread. They are nice and bushy, its the lateral growth that is causing problems not the vertical growth :)
 
hey cheebs, I think I might give it a try, i think the lateral growth will probably continue but a bit of a stretch might help, right now im about 7" from the lights and 1" away from my asshole (my mangina)presidentmangina.jpg
 
by the way I like the picture but just because I like chicken and watermelon don't mean nothing, whities like that shit too and Im not a racist
 
You could trim from the bottom, cutting off branches at their base thats may not be getting the most light. It will give your main colas more energy for big growth but also won't fill laterally as much.
Anything else you can LST to your liking.
That's how I'm handling my space issues now about 2 weeks into flower.
