So I've been reading up the best ways to go about doing this here in the UK. It seems I have to start my grow indoors for the first few weeks.
I have chosen the following seeds because of their good reviews (especially for outdoor growing)

Does anybody know what time would be best to start in the UK?
Also, can anybody tell me if LED lighting would suffice for the indoor stage?
