first two sprout leaf tips are brown

This is probably something simple but since i am new to the hydroponic technique i am weary about evrything obviously. I have read
many postsand think have the problem narrowed down a bit. I have a 36'' x 36"x 78" mylar tent with a 400 w lighting setup (with mh for veg and hps for flower). Has a 6" exhaust fan and filter on a speed control up top and a booster fan and oscillating fan down low with oscillating fan hitting plants to not burn. I have a reservoir running just four pots(nothing major) and keep temp ranging from 78 to 82 and since im in veg have the humidity at about 65 in day time coming down to about 48 at night but all the while doing a 24 hour light cycle for veg instead of an 18/6. I had started germ on these seeds(2 red cherry berry 2 crimea blue) on december 21st, and by the 23rd they had cracked so i dropped them into some rockwool and got them started. Today is monday the 31st and on the 29th i already had one of the blues get its first two leaves but at the tops they are a brown with hint of yellow yet the rest of the sprout looks fine. I took my water cycles down to a half hour of watering every 8 hours round the clock afteri gauged how long it took for the rockwool to dry. I also am not using any nutes yet just r.o water always kept at 6.5. Then also moved my lighting back from 12 inches to about 18 inches just in case its burning and with that running my exhaust 30 min.on and 30min. Off round the clock with the addition of an exhale co2 bag just in case my ppm wasnt up to snuff with outside air thats drawing into the tent and figured it would hurt since i am exhausting to tent often alot of co2 i know is not being able to resonate well. But thats just kind of a general look at the overall setup to see if or what are the contributing factors to my leaf tips. ( however just to let everyone know the water cycles, light adjustment, and exhaust times were just changed today after trying to diagnose this problem so im already in the act of trying to fix this but still want a more experienced growers input).
