story all,
so i went straight into my first grow tought i knew it all.
got myself a box(5foot high 3f deep 2f wide) and covered the inside wit foil, yeah yeah i know now.
put 2 flouresents in a pc fan in one out coupple of seeds i woz up:-P this is easy
germinated 3 seads put them in pots job done.
gave them a bit of water every day r when dry WITH TOMATO FEED every time,,
again noob mistake. 3 weeks later all plants were about 6in:weed:

changed them onto a big light 400w MH and 18/6 and things went wrong.

my girls were all dropy and shit leaves turning wellow on very edges and on the tips of big leaves.

temps went up to over 40c humidy was about 20%.

plants stoped growing, went on the interweb corrected a few mistakes, less food, bigger pot, more pure water less heat more air etc,etc

now at 5 weeks girls look like this .
WW by the way

this is a bit harder than i thought:wall:

do you think ill still get to smoke thembongsmilie
gonna use this as a trial run an go proper the next time:-P

cant upload pics says i need a token r sumtin wtf:?:

Well, one of the things you may have forgotten to take into account is that an MH bulb produces more heat than any cfl. Combined with the tin foil and the weak air ventilation (just one pc cooler, probably in, not out) the water in the soil and plant started to evaporate.

Even thou you started giving her more water, it may still have not been enough, so the plant got more and more underwatered. Underwatering causes a plant's stems and leaves to droop. This shouldn't be mistaken with overwatering, where only the tips of the leaves droop.

As for the yellowing, it may have been heat burn or nute burn, since you say you gave them too many nutes.

I'd keep an eye on your plant, since now that you switched to more lighting, its metabolism will accelerate and it will eventually require more food.

Keep us posted on the development and don't worry, at only 5 weeks, you can still harvest alot of bud off your plant if you fix all the problems.
